1. Scope of the service

We provide career counseling, guidance, and support in preparing materials and improving the likelihood of selection for internships or related opportunities.

We may also support matching you with potential internship providers or partners. Any actual placement depends on the partner’s selection process.

2. No guaranteed internship or job offers

You acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed. We do not promise or guarantee that you will receive an internship, job offer, or any employment result.

3. Process: consultation and matching

1. 1) You submit a request and provide information needed for counseling.
2. 2) We review your request and, if applicable, schedule a consultation.
3. 3) We provide recommendations and support (e.g., CV/cover-letter guidance, interview preparation, and career planning).
4. 4) If matching is offered, we may share your materials with potential partners only to the extent permitted under applicable privacy requirements and with the necessary notices/consent.
5. 5) Partner decisions are independent; we do not control or influence acceptance or rejection.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, provide false or misleading information, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may refuse service or limit access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crestlynxeyed is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses arising from the use of the service, including failure to obtain an internship.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ukrainian law.

6. Consumer pre-contract information and complaint handling

For distance/non-premises arrangements, we provide consumer pre-contract information and a clear complaint and ADR path as required by:

For out-of-court settlement of disputes, you may use ADR options available under Ukrainian law.

8. Personal data processing

We process personal data only in a lawful manner and with the rights/notification mechanics required by Ukrainian law. Cookies and similar technologies that can identify individuals may also require lawful basis and relevant notices/consent.
